ALBANY, NEW YORK – The Albany FireWolves, of the National Lacrosse League (NLL), today announce that the organization has partnered with Albany Distilling Company to create a ready to drink canned cocktail called ‘Wolf Bite.’ Wolf Bite is a blueberry lemonade vodka flavored cocktail served in a FireWolves branded can.
“We thrive on developing nontraditional partnerships and we really nailed it with this one!” said George Manias, President of the FireWolves. “In collaboration with Albany Distilling Company, we created a unique partnership where we will have a great presence in local liquor stores, bars, and restaurants around the Capital Region. During watch parties and promotional appearances, fans can support the team while enjoying a great tasting beverage and representing their hometown team. In addition, the Times Union Center will be offering Wolf Bite to fans during all FireWolves home games. Beginning December 1, fans will start seeing Wolf Bite in many local establishments and we hope they give it a try. They will not be disappointed!”
Located in Albany, just down the road from the Times Union Center, The Albany Distilling Company was founded in early 2011, just as the craft distilling boom began.
