ALBANY, NEW YORK – The Albany FireWolves, of the National Lacrosse League (NLL), today announce that the team has partnered with the Crowne Plaza Albany – Desmond Hotel ahead of the team’s inaugural season. The Desmond will serve as the official hotel of the Albany FireWolves and will accommodate the Albany FireWolves players and coaches for all FireWolves home games. In addition, fans will receive a discount at the Crowne Plaza Albany – Desmond Hotel for their hotel needs around FireWolves games.

The Desmond Hotel has been a family-owned and operated business since 1974 and remains one of the few privately owned and independently managed hotels in the Capital Region. In April of 2021, the hotel completed a two-year renovation project and became an official Crowne Plaza branded hotel within IHG (InterContinental Hotel Groups).
