ALBANY, NY – The Albany FireWolves of the National Lacrosse League (NLL) have traded goaltender Justin Geddie and a 2025 First Round Pick to the Las Vegas Desert Dogs in exchange for Las Vegas’ 2026 Fourth Round Pick and 2027 First Round Pick, pending league approval.  

The FireWolves add key draft picks to their already great selection of picks for the next several NLL Entry Drafts. Albany has been very successful in their recent drafts with picks like Alex Simmons, Tye Kurtz, Nicholas Volkov, and Zachary Young playing big roles in their run to the 2024 NLL Finals.  

Justin Geddie spent two seasons with the FireWolves. He dressed for 41 games and saw 377:36 minutes of action in net while also adding 3 assists. Geddie made 239 saves on 318 shots on goal for a GAA of 12.63 and 75.8% save percentage. He finishes his time with the FireWolves with a 1-5 record. Geddie also was active in the Albany community doing schools visits to teach lacrosse basics, help at food kitchens, and coach in the Albany FireWolves Training Academy.
