Albany kept the game close and rallied to score five goals in the fourth quarter, but Toronto won the game’s final two faceoffs and were able to capitalize on an empty FireWolves net before running out the clock on their last possession.

Albany’s offense was led by Ethan Walker (3 goals, 1 assist), John Piatelli (3 goals, 1 assist), and Marshall Powless (1 goal, 3 assists) who each had 4 total points in the contest. On the season, Walker ranks second on the club with 20 goals and Piatelli ranks fifth with 11. Tanner Thomson added 3 total points on 2 goals and 1 assist. Thomson sits second on the FireWolves with 26 assists this season, and is now third on the team with 16 goals. Colton Watkinson, Leo Stouros, Connor Kelly, and Thomas Vaesen each added 1 point in the game.
