ALBANY, NY – The Albany FireWolves of the National Lacrosse League (NLL) today announced that defenseman Nick Chaykowsky has agreed to a one-year deal to return to the FireWolves through the 2022-23 season. Chaykowsky has spent each of his four seasons in the NLL within the organization, playing the first three with the New England Black Wolves before the team relocated to Albany.
In 16 regular season games last year, Chaykowsky recovered 85 loose balls, caused 10 turnovers, and recorded seven total points on two goals and five assists. In the team’s lone playoff game, Chaykowsky scooped up eight loose balls and added an assist.
