Appearance Requests

The Albany FireWolves welcome all requests for team appearances with players, coaches, dance team members, mascot, and/or front office staff! We strive to give back to our community whenever and wherever possible, so please let us know how we can support your organization and/or event!

All appearance requests should be submitted via email to our Director of Merchandising, Community Engagement, & Client , Laurel Hay at laurel@albanyfirewolves.com. Requests will be fulfilled on a case-by-case basis based on availability and the nature of the event.
