FireWolves Unveil Inaugural Season Uniforms

The Albany FireWolves, of the National Lacrosse League (NLL), unveiled both the away and home uniforms ahead of the team’s upcoming inaugural season.  The FireWolves will begin the season on the road on December 4 and will don their road white uniforms.  These jerseys will feature the FireWolves’ primary logo showcasing the words ‘Albany’ and ‘FireWolves’ in that logo.  In addition, the Capital Region is represented prominently with ‘Albany’ being shown running down the side of the shorts.  The road whites are accented with maroon and Vegas gold colors around the lettering and numbers.

“We start our season on the road and in Canada, so we wanted fans internationally to know who we are and where we come from.” Said George Manias, President of the FireWolves.  “We are proud to represent Albany and want the entire league to know that we represent the 518!”

The team will showcase their home uniforms on opening night, December 18.  The home uniforms primary color is maroon and features the teams secondary wolf head logo.  Vegas gold and black accent the lettering and number, and the wolf’s eyes are a stunning azure blue.

“I would put our home uniforms up against the best in the league,” Manias added.  “Maroon will be our primary color and that wolf head will be an intimidating look to our opponents.  We really hit a homerun with our uniform designs and I know our fans will love how we represent their city both home and on the road.
